Notes for sessions:

I am based in Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire. Full address will be provided upon booking your session. (sorry the map is wrong, I need to change it!)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid19 and other variants of this virus, it will be required that you take a lateral flow test before coming to your session. Hand sanitizer is provided. Thank you.

If you are coming for a healing session I ask that you don't wear perfume. For reiki or natural lift facial massage, I advise that you wear comfy clothing and a strappy style top so that I can easily reach your shoulders. Also the the for facial massage please come makeup free. Jewellery will need to be removed before the session begins. After a Reiki or Rahanni session, I advise that you eat pure foods avoiding caffeine and alcohol for the next 24 hours to gain the most benefits.

If this is your first healing session, the session time will be a little longer to allow for the necessary paperwork to enable us to gain the most from the session together.
